About Aroico
Background
Aroico started from a small cafe. Like many cafes and restaurants, there were regular customers who came back often. But there was no easy way to stay connected with them.
When afternoons were slow, there was no way to let regulars know about a special offer. When a customer's birthday came, there was no way to send a small thank you.
What we learned
Many solutions were tried. Paper punch cards got lost. Loyalty apps were too complicated - customers didn't want to download another app or remember another password.
Through trial and error, one thing became clear: simplicity matters most. Customers just wanted to scan a QR code, tap to sign in with LINE, and be done. No app download. A few seconds.
Restaurant owners wanted the same. Set up in minutes, not hours. Send an offer in seconds, not through complicated dashboards.
What Aroico tries to do
Aroico is built around this idea of simplicity.
For customers: scan a QR code, join a loyalty program. That's it.
For restaurant owners: set up in 2 minutes, send offers via LINE when ready.
The stamp card features are free. There's no pressure to upgrade. When sending LINE broadcasts becomes useful, that option is available.
Ongoing
Aroico is still improving. Customer feedback helps guide what to build next.
