  • Customer data you add to your loyalty program (names, phone numbers, birthdays)
  • Usage data (stamps given, rewards redeemed)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and improve our loyalty program service
  • Send LINE broadcasts on your behalf (Pro plan)
  • Send you service updates and support messages
  • Analyze usage to improve our product

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We may share data with:

  • LINE Corporation (to send messages via LINE)
  • Service providers (hosting, analytics)
  • Legal authorities (if required by law)

4. For Customers (End Users)

If you joined a restaurant's loyalty program through Aroico:

  • Your LINE account info is never shared with restaurants. Only Aroico can send messages on their behalf.
  • Restaurants can see your name and stamp count, but not your LINE ID or phone number.
  • You can leave any loyalty program anytime by unfollowing or blocking.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest.

6. Your Rights

You can:

  • Access your data anytime from your dashboard
  • Export your customer data
  • Delete your account and all associated data
