We use your information to:

  • Provide and improve our loyalty program service
  • Send you service updates and support messages
  • Analyze usage to improve our product

3. LINE Messaging

Restaurants connect their own LINE Official Account to Aroico. When a restaurant sends offers or updates:

  • Messages are sent directly from the restaurant's LINE Official Account
  • The restaurant is the data controller for messages sent via their account
  • Aroico facilitates the connection but does not control the content of messages

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We may share data with:

  • Service providers (hosting, analytics)
  • Legal authorities (if required by law)

5. For Customers (End Users)

If you joined a restaurant's loyalty program through Aroico:

  • When you add a restaurant on LINE, they can send you messages via their LINE Official Account
  • Restaurants can see your name and stamp count
  • You can opt out of messages anytime in your account preferences
  • You can also block or unfollow the restaurant on LINE to stop all communication

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest.

7. Your Rights

You can:

  • Access your data anytime from your dashboard
  • Export your customer data
  • Delete your account and all associated data
