By using Aroico, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our service.
2. Service Description
Aroico provides a digital loyalty program platform for restaurants and cafes, including:
- Digital stamp cards for your customers
- QR code signup system
- LINE messaging via your connected LINE Official Account
- Customer analytics
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your account credentials secure
- All activity under your account
- Ensuring your use complies with local laws
- Obtaining consent from customers before adding them to your program
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use Aroico to:
- Send spam or unwanted messages
- Collect data without customer consent
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Interfere with the service or other users
5. Pricing and Payment
We charge 5% commission on sales through the system. No upfront fees, no monthly subscription. We only invoice after you've generated meaningful revenue through the platform. You can cancel anytime.
6. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but don't guarantee 100% uptime. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
Aroico is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
