Aroico provides a digital loyalty program platform for restaurants and cafes, including:

  • Digital stamp cards for your customers
  • QR code signup system
  • LINE broadcast messaging (Pro plan)
  • Customer analytics

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your account credentials secure
  • All activity under your account
  • Ensuring your use complies with local laws
  • Obtaining consent from customers before adding them to your program

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use Aroico to:

  • Send spam or unwanted messages
  • Collect data without customer consent
  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Interfere with the service or other users

5. Pricing and Payment

The Free plan is free forever. Pro plan pricing is displayed on our website. We may change pricing with 30 days notice. You can cancel anytime.

6. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee 100% uptime. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

Aroico is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
